Quad Set #1

Feet Elevated Push Ups x 20
Squat Jumps x 20
Grasshoppers x 10 ea
Squat Thrusts x 10

Quad Set #2

Wide Grip Bodyweight Row x 20
Jumping Lunges x 10 ea
In/Outs x 20
Mountain Jumpers x 20

For quad set #1, do all 4 exercises with no rest in between. Then rest 60-90 second.

Complete 3 rounds, and then go to quad set #2 and do the same.
